The agreement
Astraloom is provided by freshcodes technology (“we”). By using Astraloom, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to how we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Astraloom. You can reach us at freshcodes.technology@gmail.com.
What Astraloom is — and is not
Astraloom calculates astronomical positions carefully and offers astrological and tarot interpretation of them. Interpretation is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for decisions of that kind.
Accounts
- Most of Astraloom works without an account. To create one you must be at least 16.
- Give a real email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at freshcodes.technology@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
- One person per account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account) or on the web. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in the store.
The free version and ads
- Astraloom is free to download and use, and the free version shows ads. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Some features, such as tarot readings and the full Year ahead, can be unlocked by choosing to watch a short video, for that reading or for the rest of the day. An unlock has no cash value, is kept on your device and ends when that time runs out. We cannot promise a video will always be available.
- Ads come from third parties. We do not endorse what they advertise, and anything you buy from an advertiser is between you and them.
Astraloom Plus
- Astraloom Plus is a subscription. It removes all ads and adds sync of your charts and journal across devices, unlimited saved charts on your account, friends, shared charts and messages, the full Year-ahead report with a PDF, and tarot without videos. It needs an account.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
- It is bought in the App Store or Google Play, and is billed, managed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
- Features of Plus may change over time; we will not remove its core features during a period you have already paid for.
Store purchases
- If the app’s store offers reports, courses or other items, they are digital content, sold once and kept on your account for as long as the account exists. Items marked “Included with Plus” are available while your subscription is active and are not sold separately.
- Because the content is made available as soon as payment completes, by buying you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose the right to cancel within 14 days once it has been supplied. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described — contact freshcodes.technology@gmail.com.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and refunds for them are requested from those stores. A refunded purchase is removed from your account.
How you use it
Do not use Astraloom to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate or spam anyone, including through messages;
- share anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
- post another person’s birth details or private information in order to embarrass, target or expose them;
- probe, overload or get around the security, rate limits or payment checks of the service, or scrape it at scale;
- resell or redistribute paid content;
- interfere with ads, or generate false ad views or clicks.
You can report a message or a person from within the conversation. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if we close an account for a reason other than a serious breach, we will help you obtain a refund of any unused part of a subscription.
Your content and ours
Charts, journal entries and messages you create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run Astraloom for you — for example syncing them to your devices or delivering a message to the person you sent it to.
The Astraloom software, design, interpretive texts, illustrations and store content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use and share individual readings with friends, but not republish them commercially.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Astraloom running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw free features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect; continuing to use Astraloom afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological or tarot content, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where freshcodes technology is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.
